Surfing the wave of fear into our Ecstasy

Hello dear One,

Did you know that, like you, I sometimes feel caught in the crossfire of my emotions and begin to have thoughts that threaten to tear at the fabric of my sanctity and tug at my heart with icy fingers?

When I experience fear, such as a situation where there doesn't appear to be a way out, I sit down with it and invite it in with open arms. And without judging myself (this is utterly important) for having fear, or judging the situation as negative- I get curious.

So, I view it as a gift to open up and discover something I didn't know about myself.

Like a child opening up a birthday present I feel a washed in this golden moment of promise as I get down close and personal with beady eyes glistening with my present moment in the form of fear .

And so I feel this fear with open arms and open heart and ask my soul what I should do about this situation.

As I sink into my being and feel my response it is simply: "Do nothing, other than go into your joy!"

I feel the integrity of my answer; taste it, play with it, turn it around from all points of view to admire its façade. - And yes, it feels so right, even if my logical mind is screaming to the contrary: "You are being irresponsible!"

But my Heart is singing: "Do nothing other than go into your joy and from that state of being you will know what to do, when you need to do it.

"Your action will be inspired and carrying the energy of your integrity and so be holistic and joyful in its effect."

So, dear friend, I exhort you to use your fear to break you open to unknown horizons and possibilities beckoning you. And when you feel the fear, raise yourself into the swell of your joy and surf the wave of your ecstasy.

Paddling out into the ocean of your fear, everything feels so tremulous and vast.

"Don't worry," I whisper, "We will surf the waves together; like dolphins."

Just take my hand and let me show you how.

Instantly, there is the joy and surprise of weightlessness, the foetal ease of an aquanaut, We may tumble and crash a little, maybe even get slammed by a big wave as we are left numb and battered, and so you feel out of your depth and possibly out of your mind.

Our fear can be a bit like that: the fear from the threat of full-on disaster, followed by the swell of euphoric bliss, and then back again, as we bounce between the two.

We are living in the moment; navigating our way across the waves enjoying the thrills and spills of our own energy masquerading as our fear and ecstasy.

As we surrender to our wave of fear, without resisting it, but instead going with its momentum, we find that our fear is morphing, incredibly, into an even more intense ecstasy.

And so we end up rolling onto the dazzling sand shrieking in delight, faces smiling widely in rapture.

I am so proud of us, dear heart, for we did not view our fear as negative, but grabbed it with both hands. We simply sat on its wave to ride into the foaming curl and furl of our greatest thrill.

And so, brave heart, we raise our eyes to the spirit of sun, to those who live and die for love; spearheading the star-bright crest to ride on, all the way to kiss the golden sands of our destiny.

Art of Living in Everyday Ecstasy and Love

Hello dear Friend,


Did you know that you can tap into your ecstasy, love and freedom, even if your life's situation is far from ideal?

Oh, dear friend - my love, we are meant to live in ecstasy, joy and love in each and every moment .We are naturally ecstatic beings.

Stay with me in your heart and we will awaken your spark and vibrate so high that we fly above the radar to avoid being affected by our lives' apparent trials and tribulations and yet we will deepen our connection to our beloved Earth and each other.

I am so grateful and I am so blessed to share this moment with you for I have been going through my greatest fears and turning them into my ecstasy, my passion and my very reason for being and sharing here with you now.

Let me hold your hand now and beginning sharing with you some of the tips I've learnt along my way for the art of living; not only in love, but amping up our experience into the realm of ecstasy, which is simply high vibrational love.

For in doing so, you give me the greatest gift of all: the opportunity to share my love and ecstasy with you.

And I do mean 'ecstasy'! And I do mean 'true love'! For, in this age of transformation, of 'ascension' even, I have discovered, as have many of the people I've been helping, that not only are these now possible from time to time, but they are quickly becoming the natural way of being for us, they are becoming the 'new normal'.

So, I'm just letting you know I am here with you now and champing at the bit to share with you some tasty morsels of my experience of how you too, can simply allow yourself now to live in love and your ecstasy, without feeling that you have to wait for your life to change first!

Let's start with the most basic approach - simply giving yourself permission:

Just for today: dream, meditate, muse and allow yourself to play with the idea of giving yourself permission to experience and feel what you truly want, i.e. the essence beyond its physical appearance in your life.

For example, you may feel you want or need more money in your life. But as you explore deeper you may feel that its essence is that you simply want to feel free and completely unrestricted and you think that money is the only means by which you can experience that.

And so now: joyfully amp up the ecstasy and love by allowing yourself to romp and dance in this essence, in your mind and your whole being; let your imagination run wild!

And then, from this essence, sink into your bones and feel in your heart what you truly are and how you wish to live your life.

And then just be that you now.....

You will probably surprise yourself!

Be wild, be you, be free.

Give yourself the gift of your own ecstasy and love.

Love Innvocation: You make my day

Hello dear friend,

I just want to thank each one you for being here. Yes! I really feel you in the centre of my heart; this wondrous tide of love courses through my veins sending wave upon wave of liquid love to permeate your being as it permeates through me - washes through me as it washes through you.

The rhythm of our love beats to the same one drum; we are galactic beingness and incredibly unique, priceless individuals too - what a feat!

Bathing in our divinity we are both sides of our each one coins: I am both the sovereign ruler of my Realm and the Realm itself; as you are the sovereign ruler in your Realm and your Realm itself too.

Yet, we are also betwixt you and me; joined at the hip and yet pretending to be separate, so that we can really enjoy and explore our individuated creations and be connected in our heats together.

So, we beat to the same one drum, you and I: the ecstatic rhythm of our galactic Self and our personality self; in our apparent play of our polarity.

Living in exaltation, celebration and joy of our natural state of beingness opens the doorway to our exalted Self, which is tightly and wondrously wrapped in ribbons of love.

And I say, "Be brave, be adventurous, be 'wicked' and never, never compromise the flowering of your spirit, for you are the eternal jewel in the crown of your life.

"Your life is the body of your soul - shine brightly, love fiercely and tenderly and, most of all, be your natural free spirited self."

Whatever you emit as your frequency vibration will find its way back to you in the script and screenplay of your life.

Pour your soul into your life shamelessly, without any thought of return. And that unshakeable and unconditional love will enliven the pages of your daily living and wink back to you in your joy.

Thank you for being here with me... The very act of taking this wondrous moment to share my joy with you makes my life priceless and beautiful.

Love Invocation: A Love Letter to You

Hello Dear Friend,
I have something important to tell you, dear heart: love is who you are; it's the thumbprint of our Soul and the skeletal key of our creation.
Without love there is no life
- without life there is no love.
It is out of the crucible of our love that we create amazing art forms of ourselves as seen in our lives, work and play, and in the eyes of our beloved...
It is out of love that we give birth to ourselves, our dreams and our ecstatic expression.
And without love there is no real connection to each other: you can't feel and express the amazing beauty, depth and light that we are without the fulcrum of love...
Love is the connection that holds it all together.
Love is the path to true Enlightenment; as we shine in our love for ourselves and each other, our lives reflect the light and love of ourselves; for we are Gods in our Creation.

Love well, truly and deeply.

Here is my Love Invocation: A Love Letter for you:

I dreamt of you last night, holding me in your arms; such strength in your arms around me.

I felt the love of nature: powerful, sweet and overwhelming and the voice of your soul urging me, coaxing me and whispering to me gently, "Fall back into love, fall back into yourself."

And now I feel I am opening up to a much greater love than I have ever experienced; a love that knows not of any limitation or judgement. A love that is guaranteed and is unconditional and is free here, now in this splendid moment, and the next and the next - when I allow myself to feel it!

If there was something I could say to you today that would turn your life around, it would be to feel the love that is around you. Use the sun as a reminder of the depth, light and intensity of that undying love and bask in its golden light and radiance.

Go walking in the sunshine and feel the strong arms of love around you. Drum up a beat as you start bouncing to the beat of your soul to the accompaniment of trees whispering your name in the wind; their leaves chattering an encore. See the delicate pastel colours of wild flowers waving their petals in celebration of you.

Enjoy immersing yourself in the carefree vibe of the cosy, comfort of friends and the shrieks of excited laughter of children playing in the playground.

Remember how it is so easy to be in love, when we let go of our fear and be our natural child-like selves.

Go out and play, have some fun in the sun.

Open your heart to love and to the abundance of love that is around you.

Drink it in, fill yourself up, stretch your arms and hug the sky!

Then do a pirouette and bow to the earth.

You can feel it, bathe in it, bask in it and drink it, like nectar to a bee.

We all need to take daily showers in love, sunshine and our radiance.

Feel yourself surrounded by it and rejoice!

A Monument to You

Hello dear friend.

If I were to say to you one thing, then it would how much I love you.

And from where I am standing I am I captivated by your light, I am in awe of you; you are so perfect, precious and beautiful as you are right now.

And there is nothing that you need to do, other than be the unique you.

Your foillibles, obsessions or even your 'failings' are your vein of gold, your sacred gift in disguise…

Turn yourself inside out and you will find yourself face to face with the magnificence of you.

And let's go deeper:

I whisper to you: "Delve deep into the heart of your pain; invite it in and there at the pinnacle of your heartache you will find your salvation."

It was there all along hidden, concealed awaiting your private viewing.

My dearest love, you can let that you out now, the storms of your past have retreated.

And now I want to tell you about your worth:

Your value is YOU. You are worthy of great things as worthiness is your inherent streak.

And I chose today to live my life as a monument to your beautiful nature.

Let go of the barrier that keeps us from love, and sigh and slip beneath the appearance of things.

And so we sigh as we let go of the tension that keeps us apart from knowing the exquisite ecstasy of being; to flow through you as you flow through me in our One Heart's Joy.

And so we slip beneath the appearance of our form and are mesmerized by the dazzling lake of our infinite consciousness.

We move to our pulses; swirling gossamer threads of light weaving our apparent worlds.

From this space of infinite 'no-thing-ness' we feel our pure delight: born of our joy, value and light.

I bow tenderly to touch you and whisper in your ear, "Do not give up on your dream: your dream is who you are, your life and your gift."

Keep walking the life of your dreams.

Ignore appearances to the contrary - ignore the monsters and trolls of your flailing fear.

Just keep on walking, keep focused on the reality you prefer; it's your compass pointing you back to your true north and it’s the way home to you.


And now let me tell you about love,

You are loved beyond compare.

The fact that you exist means that with every breath you take another life is saved and another being touches the light.

The fact that you exist means another human butterfly breaks the chrysalis of their restriction and we all kiss the sky.

When you laugh another Dolphin is born and we all surf the wave of our heady delight.

When you sing….. Wow! Nature responds in rapture and we all rush to meet the sky with renewed vigor to the notes of your fairy music.

Every time you bask in your bliss the sun shines, and lights up my world, as I light yours.

Every time you choose to let go of any idea of yourself that de-values you or curbs your pure spirit… you fall into love, and light up my day.

Every time you smile our world forges new frontiers.

And when you take up the gauntlet of your preferred reality, your living dream, I whoop in delight! I am ecstatically happy. You have chosen to be yourself

Dancing On Air! How to tap into your Natural Ecstasy by Diving into the Unknown

Hi dear friend,

Would you love to know a secret about how you can use a dead end in your life to free fall into your ecstasy?

For example, recently we had again reached the end of our resources, with seemingly nowhere to turn, even for basics such as food and heating! And yet, in the midst of my turmoil, I discovered a secret way to use this challenging situation to tap into an immense gift. In fact, I can honestly say, that have never felt so fantastic in my life!

I was, and still am, whirling joyfully through life’s currents and dancing on air.

And, in case you are wondering, I am not on drugs! I am on my own natural Ecstasy!

So, what is this secret?

Well, options seemed to have closed down so much that there was nothing else for me to do but to finally and truly... give up: to surrender and dive into the unknown; to actually make a friend of the uncertain.

I am so grateful for this experience, for it as forced me to go to the cliff edge of my limitations and restrictions and dive off into the uncharted territories of my destiny.

This realm is the playground of the Gods: limitless and pregnant with abundant possibilities and the magic and wonder of the unexplored landscape of our infinite self

And if you, too, are at a dead end point of no-way-out in your life, I want to applaud you and welcome you to this pivot point in your evolution. You are forcing yourself to go to the next level in your life, to step up to the true calibre of your being, and so create a whole new sparkly, dynamic and ecstatic life.

Instead of trying to work out all the answers to your predicament, you may like to allow yourself to dive into the unknown by letting go of any expectation of an outcome. This opens you up to the joy and awesomeness of the moment; thereby freeing you up to be blown away by the unexpected.

This very act of surrendering is not passive. On the contrary, by allowing yourself to surrender you are actively letting go of the limitations that you create in your life and opening up to the possibilities of your infinite God-Self. As a consequence of this act of total surrender... you are caught in the light of your suspended ecstasy and joy... nothing more is needed... you are experiencing ultimate fulfilment.

As you dive off the cliff edge of your current life-as-you-know-it, into the infinite depths of the unknown you may find yourself 'suspended in the air' for a time, as if you are frozen in your fear.

However, if you continue to open up and surrender, something amazing starts to happen. Instead of worrying and wondering about how to fix everything, you find yourself in wonder of the unfolding of it. You feel in wonderment!

Then, as you let go even more, knowing that there is nothing else you can do but surrender, rather than crashing to the ground you start to skydive!

You feel fantastic: untouchable and unstoppable.

You are flying!

And most of all, you finally feel so fabulously free!

This is amazing! The process itself of diving into the unknown has taken you to a state of being in ecstasy as you free fall and skydive through your life. It is a state of enlightened presence and joy that is so complete in its own right, that you no longer have a need for your physical circumstances to change.

However, paradoxically, out of this exquisite lightness of being a doorway opens in your physical reality, opening the possibility of being blown away by the unexpected...

Instead of constantly wondering (and worrying) about what's going to happen, allow yourself to be in wonderment of the unexpected (and probably unpredictable) unfoldment moment by moment of your life.

And by the way, this is exactly what happened to me, in the form of the loving kindness of a friend who unexpectedly gave us a loan; enabling us, for the time being, to continue to be supported in the miraculous unfolding of our lives.

So, yes, this turmoil all feels so good for me! Even though my logical mind has been screaming at me, "You must be nuts!" Even though my life seems to be reflecting hardship, poverty and downright failure in the eyes of my upbringing, I have never been so totally in my ecstasy!

This amazing feeling inside me of such high joy, ecstasy and love cannot be wrong. I feel I am travelling at infinite speeds and, at the same time, I am basking in effervescent joy in my stillness.

And just like a skydiver hurtling through the air at 120 miles an hour can feel motionless in their exhilaration, we too can experience the absolute ecstasy of presence as we course through our lives.

Come on, let’s be like skydivers and freefall through our life and be liberated by constantly diving into the unknown, and being blown away by the unexpected.

And, by the way, you do not have to take it to the extremes that I have in order to experience your natural ecstasy (as a teacher, I love to explore things to their limits!) You can use ANY pivot point (where you cannot work how to get out of your situation) to allow yourself to simply dive into the unknown and experience both the ecstasy of freedom and the excitement of the unexpected

How to use the Joy of Meditation to receive infallible Loving Guidance from your God-Self.

I had a talk with God again this morning. Amazingly, I have his 'number' - can I share it with you?

You see, I have found an effortless, easy and enjoyable way for you to have a direct line to your infinitely wise and loving God-Self.

Being privy to this infallible guidance has not only helped me in times of crisis, but it has also added a whole new dimensionality into my everyday experience. It means I can now enjoy a loving, empowered, dynamic and even ecstatic relationship with the whole of my life.


Ponder, just for moment, on the possibilities that could unfold for you in your life if you too could have free access to the undying and loving the counsel from the source of infinite wisdom.

Imagine having a loving friend you can talk to about your troubles, concerns or challenges who will never judge you, but instead eagerly and tenderly reach out and enfold you in love.

What joy, to bear your troubles to the sacred space and expansive sky of the unconditional love of your Soul!

It is an exciting expedition into the secret alleyways of the vastness of your own Being; to engage with an intimate dialogue with your sacred God-Self.

Because, my friend, your God-Self is not only the true wizard of your own consciousness, but is also privy to the great library of ALL shining truths.

And it’s my joy and delight to ease you into this mysterious connection, so that when I give you the number of God, you can dial it!

We establish this divine connection by first going into the peace, inspiration and joyous upliftment of meditation.

Now, actually, we all know how to meditate already, although we may have called it something else. For example, you may find that while you are exercising or absorbed in your creative expression that you kind of 'lose yourself' and experience deep peace and focus. Well, that's a form of meditation!

Or, whilst day dreaming or relaxing in the bath or shower, say, you have a sudden flash of inspiration, a glowing sense of aliveness that creeps upon you, infusing you with a wave of joy for no apparent reason! Well that too is arising out of your mediation.

Because meditation is simply the slowing down of the constant traffic of marauding thoughts occupying your mind, in order to automatically make room for you and your own natural beingness, aliveness and upliftment. Otherwise, this incessant flow of thoughts, such as, "You can never do that, you will never make it, you are not good enough," etc., is like a whole host of tormentors, leaving no room for the essential you.

Quieten these and you'll have made the 'connection', enabling you to be able to dial that number I'm about to give you. You can then have an instant direct-line access to the deeper and empowering love and wisdom of your God-Self, any time you like.

How do you do all that? Well, I will guide you gently into a way that will work for you.

Timing is important: choose a time when you can be open and under no pressure. Make a pact with yourself that this is your special time and ensure you have quiet undisturbed space (e.g., phones off!)

For me, I love the stillness of the morning before I start my busy day. In the quiet gentle freshness of the morning air, possibilities seem infinite and purity has already infused itself upon me, for we have not yet been touched by the demands of the day’s activity.

This gives me a daily opportunity to write my life anew. As I joyfully take a sip from my steaming cup of delicious fresh ground coffee, letting the bitter chocolate overtones play in my mouth, I sigh and savour the moment, and I invite you to join me in your own version of this meditation.

So, find your own time and place and we can now start this amazing journey together. Allow this time to be like no other for you, for we are about to start on an expedition into the galaxy of secrets of your own amazing beingness.

This is our sacred moment, our gateway into the sanctuary and serenity of our God- Self. It's time to get intimate with our Soul and seek answers and inspiration; playing with our imagination, giving free rein to our greatest dreams.

And as we bow our heads in reverence to our divine Self, we close our eyes and, taking a deep breath, we let go of all extraneous thoughts from our mind. As we focus instead on our awareness, our beingness and allow the stillness to enfold us, we are already meditating. Every time an unwanted thought arises we simply let it go and return to our place of stillness.

It is from this quiet, serene place, where we have connected with our own centre, that we then make the desire and intent to connect deeper with our God-Self, our Higher Self or whatever you feel comfortable calling it.

And so now we dial the number, and here it is: to simply open your heart up to this sacred space. Even by imagining we are opening our heart to our whole being, our God-Self, we will have dialled that 'number'. Then we are simply receptive to feel, hear, see or sense the presence and voice of our God-Self.

Now we are ready to start the dialogue with our Sacred Self.

We check in within, by asking ourselves if there is anything that we would dearly love to ask, or if there is anything that we feel uncomfortable about in our lives, such as:

• "Do I have fear in my being?"

• "How can I transform it?"

Another excellent question would be to ask our Spirit the question:

• "If there was some information about me that would turn my life around in this moment what would that be, I wonder?"

Once you've put your questions to your God-Self, simply notice whatever arises for your answer.

Sometimes it's like a ripple through your body, sometimes you get a flash of inspiration or an image that catches your breath, or you hear words that resonate with your being and may even make you shake with their impact. And other times it is far more subtle; a feeling that floats up, like a whisper from an angel.

Pay close attention to whatever comes up immediately in your awareness, that is, before you may start censoring your guidance through logic, or ridicule. Whatever comes through is perfect for you. It is like channelling your own higher wisdom.

And the more you converse like this in faith and trust of your Spirit, the more you will fine tune your meditation and channeling skills. Just like an athlete, or learning any other skill, with practice you are honing your way to developing your own meditative power, insight and genius.

As soon as you bring your awareness back to your surroundings, write down your discoveries in your scared journal, and they will further mature. And to really rev up the power of your own inspiration and guidance, immediately start to apply and play with your ideas in your life.

Use your imagination for how you can develop your meditative practices in a way that works for you. For example, whilst in my bath or shower, I love to use the warmth, steam and scintillating scents of essential oils to source and flex my spirit.

Combining walking or other suitable exercise with meditation can not only work wonders for your body, but also free our mind of our daily tormentors and open an especially clear channel for guidance. This stunning duo creates alchemy and so we enter the gateway into the heavenly realm of our peace and serenity.


May I take you on a walk with me right now?


We begin our spiritual walk at a nice steady lope, planting the earth with footsteps of love accompanied to the pad... pad... pad of our feet.

As we stride out, we take nice deep invigorating breathes and begin our meditation by letting go of mundane, repetitive thoughts, i.e. our tormentors, through the power of our imagination and a clear intent and desire to make the connection. We are imagining breathing in love, joy and light, with every step we take!

And now, again, we dial that number, by imagining we are opening our heart, our being, our senses to Nature and our world around us and to our God-Self .

Then we are simply receptive to our own questions and to receiving our answers throughout our walk.

To deepen the dialogue let us now step up the momentum by accompanying our spiritual walk with a potent phrase, statement and affirmation that will uplift us, make us feel invincible and totally loved, such as;

We are breathing in the light, breathing in the light.
We are leaving love in our wake,
We are leaving love in our wake.


Repeating, singing, even chanting these to the heavens with an open heart takes us into the zone of love and ecstasy - the heart of our light. And our spirit begins to lift as the mists of our melancholy dissipate; we gain altitude and attitude!

We are bringing our ideal state into the present; and thereby dissipating any stress we may be feeling.

We start to experience a wonderful sense of lightness pervading our being; our world starts to dazzle our senses as we glide along in our sojourn into the sun.

We have dialled the number, our call is answered and all we have to do is engage in the dialogue.


You will develop your own approaches; for example, I love to walk and swing to the rhythm of chanting: “I am love and I am here. I am love and I am here.” And so in my own walking meditation, as I dance along the edge of the ocean where the sky plays with the sea and kisses the sand, I am marching and striding out to this magical mantra.


As I continue to move to its rhythm and walk to the beat of my heart in playful synergy, I find myself drinking in the sunlight and breathing in the light. My steps become bold, as I scurry up the mountainous sand dunes to reach for the peak of my quest into the heart of my soul and light.

Taking deep breaths, I keep the momentum going as I descend back down to skirt around the estuary on the home route: “I am here and I am light.”

And now I feel like I am tap dancing on the pavement, just as the sun hits the water and the estuary shimmers like a million diamonds.

Suddenly, I am illuminated without and within; caught in the spotlight of that wonder. I have been enlightened; I have accessed amazing peace and ecstasy and found solution to my concerns.
As if to echo my jubilation, a seagull cries in ecstasy.

Truly, I am light and I am love!


And so, dear friend, using the joy of meditation to open your heart to your own guidance is like having the phone number of God.

And then, as we live out the joy, peace, inspiration and the infallible guidance received in our daily meditative practice, our lives, even our challenges become infused with that light, power, joy and wonder!

How to use feelings of desperation and suicide to go into your Light (UPDATED!)

Do you ever feel you have reached an end point in your life?

Has your life become so intense and incredibly challenging that you can't seem to control it anymore?

Do you feel you can't take much more, or that nothing is working the way it used to?

Perhaps you feel like you've lost everything and there's nothing left to live for?

Have you become so desperate that you've even thought about taking your own life?

Well, I would love to share with you how I recently used the memory of a near-death experience as an anchor to help me through the fear and total uncertainty in my own life. Through reliving my own 'death', I was again immersed into the Light.

When I was at college in my early twenties I had an argument with my boyfriend. He was giving me an ultimatum: "Have sex with me or I am no longer interested!"

I was filled with anger and rage and went off driving furiously into the beginning of a snow storm. As I rounded a particularly sharp bend my car began to spin madly out of control. I tried to stop her, instinctively putting my foot on the brakes, which, to my horror, made it worse: I was heading straight for a hedge and a rather solid looking beech tree!

What happened next took me totally by surprise!

My car shot through a gap that just 'appeared' in the hedge and started to hurtle down a steep bank. A fast flowing river appeared, glinting in the moonlight, ready to engulf me as my car began to tumble...

In that moment of recognising I was going to die, I became incredibly calm. This surprised me, as I was normally quite an anxious person!

Everything started to slow down. Every movement, sensation and sound filled me with utter fascination.

I felt intensely alive and acutely present in that moment.

Even the ripping of metal cutting through the undergrowth fascinated me and had me riveted!

I was overcome with a huge wave of gratitude for that moment, for the intense aliveness and intense beauty; even though I knew I was going to die!

Then, like a slide show, I saw my life projected in front of me frame by frame, as in the TV show 'This is Your Life'.

I felt a tinge of sadness and an echo of regret, for I had not done what I wanted to do in my life...

Then I heard the sound of breaking glass as I observed myself smashing through the windscreen and being hurled out into the cold, dark open air. And yet, incredibly, I was also landing into arms of the most dazzlingly white light!

The next thing I knew I was laying on the snowy grass... I was still alive!

Miraculously, I appeared to have no real injury; just one tiny cut on my right arm as reminder of what I had been through.

The vivid memory of that eternal moment has always stayed with me.

And so I come back to my present life.

Last month, I'd been reaching a culmination point of crisis where I couldn't hold onto my old life anymore. It seemed like I had lost everything that I used to define myself by: a home, money, job, clients, etc. All my old ways of thinking just weren't working like they used to...

And then I felt guided to remember my near-death experience, to remember how I felt as I was losing my hold on this reality. I realised that when I had stopped trying to control what was happening, because clearly, I simply couldn't do a thing about it, I had been saved, taken care of and supported!

I relived how exquisitely delicious the experience was when I let myself fall, surrender and accept the death of me...

And so, for several days now, I have been going through a similar near-death experience echoing my car crash experience.

It's like I have dived off a cliff and into the abyss; just the same as when I was tumbling through the windscreen of my car. Each moment in my life has slowed down to a standstill.

And so, for the last few days, with this new living-in-the-moment-of-death awareness I've been feeling I am flying and yet at the same time standing still. I have never felt so alive and so present. Yet, at the same time, I feel I am like a humming bird: moving fast, vibrating at infinite speeds, yet still - suspended motionless in the moment.

Even now, as I look out my window and over the sea, the waves are slowing down as I gaze at them...

Suddenly, taking a sharp intake of breath, I notice that, for this moment, they have actually stopped moving, as if frozen in mid-air!


This is such an uplifting and liberating experience that I am now actually grateful and happy that I had to create the loss of all those things in my life that I used to use to validate my existence. For in losing those things, I seem to have gained everything.

I can now see the whole picture. I can see how I was limiting my identity to these external symbols of abundance, security and happiness. And now I'm allowing myself to let them all go.

I have brought everything to a point of nowhere-else-to-go but to surrender and really let go of control and so I fall into my Light. I'm simply letting my life sort itself out, without forcing or controlling it anymore.

I feel I have expanded and floated into the whole of me.

I am flying through the air, just like I did in the car crash.

Now I realise that we do not need to create near-death, or an accident, to shock us into giving ourselves permission to start our life anew. We can instead totally surrender to our lives to our infinite self at any time. We can go with the flow of our God-Selves and let that take us through our resistance and into our light, letting our life unfold perfectly. (The metaphor of smashing through the windscreen unharmed was a symbol for me of breaking through my own barriers or resistance!)

And, as I write to you now, I am still tumbling through the air, but now through the expanse of my life; like a buzzard in his bliss amidst the clouds. I am soaring in the sky of my life to meet you in my heart, where we pierce the depths of our truth together!

And we are rejoicing, for we have never felt so connected to our earth and our heaven and to each other at the same time.

So, the essence of my story is that when we are feeling desperate, when we feel we have used up all our options or are even on the brink of suicide, we can use our desperation to our advantage. We can tap into that feeling of dying as a metaphor to help us make a transition into a new dimension and a new life for ourselves. And as we surrender, as we truly let go of control, we are miraculously taken care of in the Light of our being.

May you too have an exalted time spinning, dying and flying!

And, by the way, since all this letting go, my whole life has already begun unfolding again: I am enjoying the ecstasy of sharing my passion of helping people into more of themselves, into their Light, in fact, with a great flow of new people coming into my life. And my finances have taken a sudden and abundant upsurge!

But I just had to keep sharing the love! It felt the only thing that mattered and the space and energy and where I am at now is a far, far greater place than I have ever been!

It is amazing but, since I have gone absolutely wild, true and free into the true me, my Universe as my partner in creation is has begun supporting me to the degree I have always wanted but would not let myself have until I allowed myself to be the true me.

And thanks to the creation of The Omega Shift course which I co-created with John we both have been shifted into a new dimension of ourselves, which for me has been totally realised and liberated in my Ascension Program.

Love in remembrance of you

An antidote to despair and path to joy, and Ascension!

Hi there!

I am sorry I haven't been in touch recently. However, I have been experiencing awesome shifts in my own energy and a remarkable new level of fantastic work with my clients.

I am now seeing my clients' huge challenges and health problems automatically resolving and disappearing; permanently, it seems!

My clients are, of course, simply amazed by these immediate and powerful results we are getting, not least because I don't really use any kind of process anymore to explore and resolve the origins and feelings behind their issues.

I have simply been helping them to recognise and shift into 'who they really'! I do this by raising their energy frequency to the highest level that can be sustained. What's happening is that they are, quite literality, experiencing 'shifting dimensions' while we work together!

And so, I have realised that what I am actually doing is helping people to Ascend. This is not a grand shift into some new realm, but simply to step up to being the fullest, most expansive, loving, light-filled version of themselves; and right here on Earth!

This includes recognising and allowing into their awareness and life what their own unique expression is - what they are 'here to do', as it were, for that is very much part of 'who we really are' too.

So, I too have been stepping up to who I really am and I have been discovering my own role and passion, and that is to help people to Ascend. For those people who really want to go the whole way and live in light and love unconditionally and to be in ecstasy no matter what, I will to be there for them.

For I have challenged myself to the nth degree so that I could know what it really feels like to experience all the human condition, even utmost despair, and still be able to turn it into joy. And so I am an Ascension guide for those who truly want to live in light and love and stay in their ecstasy, not matter what, in this, our beautiful world, right here, right now!

I have begun rewriting my website www.loveandinsight.com to reflect this new me and the amazing role I'm now playing. I have decided that the most appropriate title I can give myself in this profound work is 'Ascension Master'!

And here is some love from my heart to your heart, as we both explore our own Ascension:
When all is uncertain around you, the only place to go is fall and trust.

Fall and trust into the arms of your love; your most glorious expansive most vivid idea of pure love. Your imagination will provide guidance.

But primarily you must now have absolute knowingness and trust that you are being taken care of; that you are being guided into the arms of your love and the sharing of your joy.

And the most exciting, beautiful, abundant way forward for the fullest expression of you will unfold from your place of absolute and unconditional knowingness.

Just as when you go out for an adventure walk: First, you set the arrow of your intent to your attraction of where you want to go. And then you follow your flow, excitement, joy and gut feeling every step of the way without wavering from your heart's desire, and the perfect walk unfolds.

And in life, the prime thing is to set the arrow of your highest joy and then start moving in that direction with absolute trust and knowingness that not only will you create the greatest outcome, one step at a time, one moment at a time and one breath at a time, but also that you already ARE the greatest outcome, right here, right now!

Fall and trust, fall and trust, fall and trust into the arms of your love.

I can hear the soft thud of your feet as you walk in peace, love and trust. It reverberates through my soul; sending tingles through my heart's emotion.

Love Invocation: How to find your own Loving Benefactor

Hello lovely Being,

When we commit to living our highest joy, which for me, at the moment, requires me to love my financial situation for how it is right now (see previous Love Invocation: Let’s Love our Nemesis) we will certainly experience our greatest fears. Those fears may seem to be unrelated to what our highest joy is, but the very commitment to go for it will provoke whatever is in us that's holding us back from being all that we are to spring forth from our being to be faced, loved and integrated!

In my case, I have to confess that I was feeling so much fear earlier, as a result of my commitment to embrace my 'financial situation' that I could actually feel pain in my heart and numbness down my arms. I was so petrified that I could feel my very life-force draining from me.

How can I love my financial situation when I am in this much fear, so much that I feel I will literally pass out, if not actually pass away?

How do we deal with that?

Well, as my guidance pointed out to me yesterday, I realised that I was still fighting my fear; that I was trying to resist it. Yet, as I meditated on my fear I felt that, despite the intensely challenging circumstances I am creating in my life, in a way I love it!

For it gives me a sense of adventure, drive, an edge, excitement, richness and diversity in my life; I am embarking on an exciting expedition with great treasures awaiting discovery every step of the way.

And so, I was using this fear to propel me on my adventure, to hasten the quest and heighten the exhilaration.

I knew that if I could embrace this much fear, my capacity to experience ecstasy would also increase exponentially! I heard my guidance saying; "Love the fear, Leela, for it’s an opportunity to experience more of your joy in your everyday life and hence more ecstasy on this momentous journey of yours"

I tried walking on the beach, but I was experiencing so much more heart pain and dizziness that I felt I had to ask again for more help with my fear.




But then, as I turned to face the dazzling and scintillating crystal clear waters of our bay, it hit me: the light, the beauty was so intense that it made me want to cry ...I had thought it was so overwhelmingly beautiful the day before; but it had only got even more intensely beautiful that day!

I felt utterly entranced and in wonder of the light: the iridescent flashes of colours reflecting in the golden sands and clear sparkling water! I was utterly caught in a mesmerizing spotlight of wonder and love with it all. And in that moment of wonderment, of feeling in love, I slipped almost imperceptibly into the stunning recognition that all that I was perceiving was an ecstatic emanation of my own Being, it truly was 'all Me'!!




It felt I had waded into a bath of liquid love washing through me as waves of pulsating fractals of light were escalating out of my being and flooding everything 'around me' until I truly felt no difference between me, the beach, sky, sand and water! I fell to my knees and cried in this light; with tears of delight, tears of gratitude!


Now, here I am, in the throws of ecstasy and delight, and suddenly it occurs to me that I'm supposed to be terrified - what has happened to my fear?!?!?!

So, in that glorious moment, I tried, I tried as hard as I could, to connect with my fear by thinking about the situation that only moments ago had had me petrified.

Nothing happened!

I tried to envision all manner of possible dire consequences of my financial situation taking me to utmost extremes, but, here's the thing: I just couldn’t tap into the fear.

The light seemed to be expanding within me and outside me simultaneously, and so allowing all the situation that I had been so resisting and pushing away from me to be naturally brought back into me and so the fear was dissolving and being turned into light.





Being in that radiant light I couldn't even bring up the tiniest residue of fear; as I say, even trying to muster up any kind of response in me by conjuring up the worst scenario that I could imagine, had absolutely no effect on me whatsoever!!!

So, I concluded ecstatically: "By simply staying in this light and beauty and in love with all this as Me, my fear is all being brought into the light and vanishing, and I am a beacon of light...."

Then I heard the soft wisdom of my guides: "You know what you are doing: you are flipping dimensions at this very moment!"

"When you are experiencing fear you are experiencing your life in the normal human experience of 3d reality. When you go into your light, as you are now, you have shifted your life’s experience into a higher vibrational bandwidth.

"So, when you live your life through staying in the light, the joy and the beauty, your life’s details, such as your financial situation, will shift with you. For, when you are in this new dimension, you know you are the curator of your reality and you can see it turning back into the light it always was and that you are."

As I played with this new vibration of Being, I reflected again on my 'financial situation' and was musing about how nice it would be to, say, attract a loving benefactor, right away...

And then, blinding revelation: Wow! What if perhaps I could extend my previous idea of a loving relationship with my Nemesis- my intensely challenging financial situation - and to up the ante to treat the financial situation itself AS my loving benefactor! What a radical and uplifting thought!

And so, with that awesome idea I am now excited to live my life from that premise: I am choosing to allow my financial situation to be my loving benefactor, to support me in whatever way appears in my life!

And as I integrated this idea, I realised that my highest joy is to be that Beacon of Light, and that I saw that I was creating intensely challenging situations in my life, where there appeared to be no feasible way out, in order to use them to take me into this Light that I am.

I realised that I had this inherent wish to live my life everyday as an intensely spiritual experience, and that this has come to my attention through these challenges that keep coming to me, in so many ways!

And in that moment I realised that I had been using fear to deepen into more love and intimacy. I was using fear to break open my heart and connect into more intimacy and love with my reality.




And, as I savoured these exquisite ideas, just like sipping a fine wine, holding the glass close to my heart so not to break the spell of the moment (and these gorgeous ideas), I heard the soft voice of my guide: "This is your job, this IS your vocation. As you step into the light of yourself and live this idea, you will find many people will come to support you in many different ways.

"And do you remember when you thought you were going to die in the car crash (when I was 18!), and everything went into slow motion, as you felt yourself tumbling through the air? And you could hear every sound, particularly the tinkle of breaking glass as the windscreen hit a tree branch and then resounding thud of metal hitting undergrowth?! You felt and experienced everything then with an intensity that seemed to freeze-frame your life into a moment of breathtaking beauty; you were in awe of your creation.

"Today, when you have to make that call to your bank, go back into the wonder of that near-death experience. Know that this is how you wish you to live your life: as an intensely spiritual experience. Know that your financial situation, your whole life, truly IS your loving benefactor. And know your reality will support you in ways that will surprise you!"

So, as of that moment, my friends, I am choosing to live an intensely spiritual life - and for me, that's to be a 'Beacon Of Light' and let the details of my life, as my loving benefactor, take care of me!

And now I am astounded, for having made that decision, a whole catalogue of events immediately and synchronistically occur that day:

• - In my call with my bank I was so overcome at the extraordinarily loving response I got from them - was this really a bank I was talking to? They seemed to so naturally believe in me and what I was doing, and before I knew it, my bank had indeed become my 'loving benefactor' and I had a line of credit opened for me - amazing!
  
• - Then my beloved partner John had some wonderful response to a work contract idea he put out!
  
• - Later, that day a friend offered us a brilliant possibility to draw in great abundance
  
• - Then I had a client from a few years ago contact me wanting some more help from me regarding a crucial decision for a change in life path
  
• - And when I went to my letterbox I found a hand written letter addressed:- "Fan Mail - Leela Jamieson", with some cash enclosed as an appreciation and a both a request for and offer of help!
  

So, I am in wonder and awe of our creation and what happens when I start to view my financial situation and even my whole life as my "loving benefactor"; especially when faced with what would appear to be an intensely negative experience, as this appears to get us to take notice and really check in with ourselves for what we really want and who we really are.

And I am in awe that the support arises in not just one way, but many ways, so quickly!

So, if you also apply this to your own Nemesis (whether it's your health, your relationship, your job, your physical circumstances, etc.) - that this Nemesis is actually your own Loving Benefactor, you too may create an entirely new relationship with your reality; even beginning to flip dimensions too and find yourself in a whole new wonderland, loving every step of the way!
