Awakening Sleeping Beauty

Hello dear...

In every one of us there lies a Sleeping Beauty waiting to be awakened by the kiss of love.

However, instead of waiting for someone to come and storm the palace gates of our self-imprisonment and break into our soul, we must summon the magic power of our Authentic Self to break this cruel enchantment that has left us unaware of our own glory.

How did this arise, we wonder to ourselves?

The question itself invites our quest into the far reaches of our own magical story. Like the pages of a dusty, lightly battered, but well loved book, we backtrack to the origins of our heartache, turning the pages hungrily for our answer.

For me it was the loss of my "first love" to death that stained me with the curse of permanence of a love irrevocably lost into the mists of my past. It was a hurt so painful to endure; it cut so deeply into the quick of my soul.

In order to try and put a salve on this wound of my heart, I made myself numb to my own life, beauty and spark: a bit like pricking my finger on the spindle and falling into a deep sleep; this numbing 'sleep' has gone on for a very long time.

And so, some of us do become comfortably numb over something that happened, to freeze-frame us in a reference point for the rest of our lives, in my case to the timbre of: "I will not let my guard down; I will not let in Love."

Whereas, if we had understood the situation better, we might have celebrated our good fortune instead!

For example, if, as a young girl my first love had not died suddenly, I would NOT have pricked my finger on the spindle of heartache, I would not have seeked comfort in the arms of the etheric realm, nature, fairy beings, the elementals, devas and other dimensional beings; for they called me from my silent slumber in the painful years of my adolescence.


And so it was in the sanctuary of the scared groves of nature and in Holy Communion with Star Beings that I came into my life and thus set me on my Sacred Path.

So, within my tragedy, or 'misfortune', was hidden the impetus to put me firmly on the footpath to my purpose and on to progressively find my fortune, my own unique natural genius: To share a way of Light, especially when you feel all love is lost.

Subsequently, with the assistance of my guides (the 'great shining ones'), I began my quest to find out what makes us fall 'out of love' and how we can stay in love with ourselves, each other and our lives, no matter what...

All this has unfolded beautifully into my own unique art from of my heart, my sacred work: my passion in the form of my writing, courses, videos and the amazing light and dance with my beloved clients... and even in the sharing with you now in our precious moments together through these words .


And so dear reader, I wonder if you too just shut yourself down at some cataclysmic point of your life to help YOU find YOUR stroke of genius?

Perhaps your cruel enchantment was catalysed by peers who were incapable of love, overly critical parents or the devastating loss of a loved one or a beloved pet, or a humiliation that cut you to your core.

And you may have stemmed the flow of your bleeding heart by numbing your pain with all manner of devices, such as: alcohol, or drugs or food, or work....

In my case, I stopped eating and became anorexic for some considerable time in order to reduce my energy so much that I was barely alive, and so couldn't feel much. And, yes, I did find some blessed peace in that place, for a while...

So, I whisper to you now in soft honeyed tones of my love for you, melting away the sadness of our years into the exile of our silent prison, with the siren call arising from the depths of our soul, mouthing words of wonderment: "It's time to awaken your Sleeping Beauty."


One can never change the past; in fact, we truly don't want to, for it sets the seeds for our sacred path and our destiny. And, like our fairy godmother, we actually can wave the magic wand to see the good (or gold) in what we have experienced.

As we allow ourselves to make alchemy by casting the glorious light of a positive perspective on what we have experienced, we thus spin our misfortune into the pure gold of ourselves.

Sometimes, the most tragic experience in our lives was the very thing that we needed to set us on our way into our true Light and to find and express our own unique vein of gold.

We are our own heroes and I lovingly and empathetically invite you to write your own magical tale with an amazing and happy ending.

Healing the wound in our heart and honouring our wild, crazy, free Self.

Hello dear friend,

Have you ever experienced being in the flow your life, just going about your business, when out of the blue (or is it the black!?) something totally unexpected happens that simply knocks you sideways and sends you into a spin of bewilderment, as you reel from the shock?

Well, such a thing happened to me the other day when I was in the flood of my ecstatic bliss and love - as I tend to be. I happened to be perusing through the comments of my video on You-tube, 'Into the Love of our being', when I caught sight of a rather jarring remark:

"You're not right in the head, are you?"

This simple remark was enough to hit its mark in my heart with the accuracy and precision of sniper rifle. It was as if I was hit by the resounding ricochet of a heartbreaking memory of a painful incident long, long ago and of its impact on my life ever since.

And so this hurtful comment sent me spinning back in time:

I remembered that I was in my early twenties on that fateful day. It was one of those beautiful hot, still summer days, with the scent of freshly mown hay lingering in the air, the hum of a tractor in the distance, and with a cornflower blue sky with a complete absence of clouds; except, that is, the cloud that was about to erupt in my life.

I was really worried about my close friend: I had never seen him like this; he was in the throes of the deepest, darkest depression I had ever witnessed. He had the haunted look in his eyes of someone who had lost all hope as he lay on the cement floor, dusted with a light coating of sand in our condemned home that we were attempting to make habitable.

I could tell as he tried to numb his feelings with yet another a bottle of Jack Daniels, that he was utterly desperate and truly close to the edge. I felt overwhelmed; I felt that if I didn't get help I might lose him -I loved him so much!

I was very young at the time and didn't know how to cope; I was really frightened and feeling desperate for my friend, so I did what I felt I should - I rang a close relative for help.

He dropped everything in response to my cries and pleas and rushed over, but when he saw my friend lying on the floor in a crumpled heap he assumed that because there was no pool of blood or anything like that that there was obviously nothing much wrong. Then came the unexpected: he actually turned on ME and lashed out with words to the effect of: how dare I call him when there was obviously nothing wrong, furiously lashing out at me with the bone jarring words, yes, you guessed it: "You're not right in the head, are you?"

I think he had had the impression that my friend was physically dying under a truck or something, But I truly felt that my friend was gong to do something crazy; I felt he was on the brink of taking his life that day if I hadn't done something and so I had reached out with a plea from my heart, only to be struck down and dismissed in my moment of greatest need!

And so those words were that day seared on my soul, and now again, recently, as I glanced with tears in my eyes at those exact same jibing words glaring at me out of the comments section under my video, I hear the same cutting words imbued with another's anger at me. For I am not just simply hearing the voice of my viewer, but the scream of my relative's anger ringing in my ears, as I vividly recall the very same thing said to me in a fit of fury, with that flag of hatred flashing in their eyes. The flaming arrow of my close relative's contempt for me became an embedded truth for me, because it came sealed with the passion of his rage and the peak of my pain born out of that momentous moment and the severing of our Love. And so, a part of me died that day as I cut off my connection to my family and the idea of ever asking for help.

I knew in that moment he had cut me out of his heart forever and it left an indelible scar in my being; always lurking, it had to come back and haunt now me by a causal cutting YouTube comment.

I find it very strange that, despite the majority of comments to my videos having been awesomely appreciative, awestruck and enlightening and that I have also had a fair number of abusive and some downright unmentionable comments to my videos, that it was this one that really hit me where it hurts.

I wondered about this and why I had such a strong reaction to the comment and I realised that, because of the connection to my painful youth-hood experience, I had convinced myself it was actually true!

The wound has always been there and I know that as I go into more and more love of myself and this our beautiful world, those parts of me that are held down in pain and denial come up to meet me, to heal and be integrated into my being and into Love.

And so I sat down and felt and embraced my pain in my heart; it really was a wound in my heart, a searing hot pain like a knife cutting deep. I opened my soul and my body to feel it all, without backing away or denying it. After the first flush of intensity, the pain dissolved, as I felt it without resisting it. In that moment of non-resistance, acceptance and melting, I felt love and then healing as I saw the light of this experience.

Then I felt a tremulous tremble, like a spirit-quake in my being, as these words came whistling in on the voice of my soul:

"To believe in your passion, your love and your vision is to honour yourself.

"To live it, even when you are ridiculed, is to be in Exaltation!

"Go and soar freely like the wind!"

As I took this to heart, in that moment of healing between the rift of normality and the extraordinary, it was if the sun had come out. I realised in that golden momentous moment that my purpose in life is to be real and be authentic to myself: to share my passion, joy and unconditional love in my open and wild and wacky way!

Now, this may be stretching the boundaries of what is comfortable for others, and if for them that means I'm not 'right in the head' then yes, from their point of view, they're right!

However, I would prefer to be considered crazy rather than normal, for in the expanse of my free mind I feel the possibilities of new frontiers of being and living. I feel that ecstasy and love is our natural state of being, and so I revel in my natural ecstasy and love and am prepared to be in that natural, but unusual, place with others, even on YouTube!

And I bow and pay homage to my friend and his 'sharp' comment (he calls himself Blade004) and say thank you for reminding me of my preference to be wild , free and crazy and full of love, in preference to be 'normal' in my head!

I feel so grateful to Blade004, for without his cutting remark, I would not have got so in touch with the wound in my heart and so heal this part of me, thus enabling me to embrace the wild, wacky and loving me even more fully as my gift to our world.

Isn't that delicious, freeing and wild: allowing my mind to be free of the restraints and limitations around conformity that typically dog us?

I remember a comment on another YouTube video where someone had said that I share my love so shamelessly and honestly, and I do know that when I share my love, ecstasy and passion so freely and openly, I may be stretching the boundaries of what is comfortable for others. However, I feel deep in my soul that we all need people in our world that push the boundaries of what is considered normal and possible and that's not crazy: that’s genius.

We all have genius. When we dare to express what is uniquely us and let it flow we are in touch with that genius. And my own daring genius is to share the idea that living in Love and Ecstasy is natural - and that's okay!

And so yes, some will say I'm crazy and out of my mind, and I say to myself: "Thank them deeply for they are showing you the way of your truth: that is your unique self. Thank them for helping you affirm what is natural, even if not 'normal' in you... Revel in your extra-ordinariness."
And I say to you too: "Honour and love the crazy, brilliance of yourself: it's what makes the unique you and is the seed of your unique gift to our World."

How we can use Contrast in our lives to help us into our Dream

Hello dearest Friend,

Do you ever feel frustration or discontent when you feel you should be experiencing Love?

Sometimes we will be facing the full gamut of pain, restrictions and discomfort in our lives, and these appear to be the exact opposite of what we feel should be happening for ourselves and our world: our lives feel distinctly out of tune with how we feel we truly are, like a discordant cord that needs re-tuning..

Now, here's my message: this is perfectly normal and isn't a sign that that we are 'losing it' or failing in some way. No, far from it; it's actually cause for celebration and exalted revelry!

For, all this contrast is a gift; it is your 'divine discontent', showing you the way of your Sacred Self and your true Desire.

For out of this kind of contrast in our lives, we can see with greater clarity what we truly want and desire. We can gain greater clarity, understanding and focus as to where we are heading.

So let's give ourselves a pat on the back for any discomfort, frustration or limitation we may be experiencing, for it is showing us the way of our Soul and what we truly love and how we wish to live.

And just by being our love and dream, by imaging it, living it out and acting as if, and knowing that All-Else is unreal for you, you will be blown away by what happens: your life (which is 'you' in manifestation) will come to meet you with the most amazing outcome! You will have given birth to a new experience of yourself. You may even find yourself swooning in gratitude for the gift of contrast in your life, a gift that shows you what you really want and love!

From this elevated point of view we can see clearly for miles and miles and miles!

Did you know that that we don't need to try to love: it's more a relaxing into love, an unrestrained free-fall into love and that's why we call it "falling in love."

I invite you to let yourself love without limits and have a glorious love affair, not only with yourself and others but with our entire world; because it's our natural state to be in ecstasy and love!

And by allowing ourselves to love freely, unconditionally and wildly we will see our beautiful reflection in our world: we will see how our world loves with us.

Following the footprints of our Soul

This blog came into life from a comment on my previous blog ("From victim hood to love") which was both a response of appreciation and a question that many people seem to be asking themselves at the moment, regarding how to know what they want for their future. And so I thought you may be interested in my reply!

Timewave2012 said... Hi Leela I love your Spirit Talk Radio and I love your blog as well I added it to my Google Feed. I have a lot of questions for you, but I'm sure you have many others who need your help before I do. I have a little problem deciding what I want for my future. I've been really practicing staying in the now moment but it's not helping me choose what I want in life. I gave up on video games and most of tv and some movies. I can let all that stuff go, but then I wouldn't know what to do or where to go. I have this strong urge to help people and one of my hobbies is computers and the internet. So I do have a blog that I have to help share knowledge and information, but I feel like I want to do more than that.
I still have my ego and it does get in the way a lot. Meditation is very difficult for me since being an empath, I have a hard time being still, I also shake sometimes it does get very annoying. I've been told I have a very unique and powerful gift, which I have to learn to access it and that my Life force energy is very strong. If you have time or a chance to respond to this I would be very grateful. I'm already very grateful for your help.

Hello my friend,

For you are, indeed, my friend, since your question: "How do I decide what I want for my Future," is also my own precious question and thus sparked a chord in me, like a quest back to our soul's calling and thus fertile and vibrating with infinite possibilities...


This quest to discover what we truly want can be started by sensing in your bones and in your heart what your greatest 'feeling' for yourself and your life would be. I say 'feeling' because our mind often comes with built in censors and programs that distort and even stop us from acknowledging that we may have a dream in the first place.

And so dear heart, dear fellow soul, feel in your being and in your imagination (which is the gate keeper to your creative genius) what is your greatest idea, dream and vision of yourself, beyond the constraints of your limited thinking... Let the wizard of your imagination guide you.

Feel your soul, your spirit; feel the impulse that brought you here into this incarnation; feel the urge, the desire in you to express your soul's calling.

Feel your greatest dream for you and humankind.

And as something arises, feel also what comes up for you in the next momentous moment; it may actually be your greatest resistance or censor to that idea...

Many of us censor, or completely press the delete button on our dream the moment we start to sniff it out, or even get a hint of it spiraling up from the depths of our imagination, as we start to ponder and muse on our magic..

However, that censor or diminishment will have left its treachery: an inconsolable ache like a thorn in your side, the poison of uncertainty to taint your dream, passion and what you truly want for your life.

Trace the pain to the bare bones of our soul... and let it fly!

I hold out my hand to you now and share with you my ache and my dream, to illustrate my point of view.

When I asked myself that question, "What is my ache, my dream, that I want for my future?" I feel a dream in me to be like the fairy goddess in the final Firebird scene of the film 'Fantasia 2000': ushering, awakening, enlivening, inspiring, exciting my world and my fellow souls into their aliveness of spirit and ecstasy, joy and love. And want to live this now... I feel the desire in me, to live it now in this moment...

If I am really honest with myself and examine my life and the things that I do, such as my spiritual Ascension work, in whatever form I do it, whether through my writing, courses, blogs, videos or my whole life healing sessions - all helping and supporting my fellow souls, I can feel that what I truly want is the feeling state that my work creates in me. It is a total dissolution of myself, a spiraling, a diving into, a meltdown into the pure orgasmic feeling of my purity of being. And so I lose control---- oh, such bliss, as I enter the rapturous regal realm of melting, ecstatic meltdown becoming transparent and amorphous, merging into myself and into my mirror reflection of my world and everyone in it... And so, willingly and wildly, I let myself fall into even more of the almost unbearable exquisite essence of the moment and then into absolute love. And so the tempo unfolds: I engage an exquisite infinity dance in ecstatic relationship with whatever (and whomever) I have melted with - a free-falling, a diving, a dieing - to and fro - in and out of saturated bliss and back, oscillating into the very deity we are -

And as we love we play, dancing and gliding in light; hovering, spiraling and surfing on waves of hypnotic splendour of delight. I awaken, inspire and breathe new life into our spirit lying dormant beneath the heavy snowfall of our limitations, beautifully cultivated over our years of pain, stunted from our true natural ecstatic beingness.

Joyfully born out of limitless love I ignite a fire in our weary lament to create a quickening in the body of our soul.

Like the fairy goddess in Fantasia, I want no other thing than to dive into more of myself, my world and everyone, including you! And so I allow myself to feel it.

And as I feel it, I am being it: I am being the fairy goddess sprite. And then my heart exalts me to live it. And so I am living it now, I am tapping into the feeling of my imagination and I feel myself dancing, tumbling and melting with you right now as I write these words born from my ache, my desire and my dream.

It feels like we are tumbling in the sky of our life, like Ecstasy Dancing - it feels so good...

And from our greatest feeling, idea and vision of our self, we must then begin being it and living it. Pay attention here, this is ultra-important: it's no good just keeping it in your head as a ''nice idea", or your ache, your mal content will rise up inside you like a discordant cord and point you acutely back to the longing of your soul. You must live it now, even if your life's outer appearances don't change. And you will know that you have got in touch with your highest, inspirational feeling when it would not matter whether your life's circumstances changed for you or not; for you are being and living your dream... You are literally lost (in rhapsody) with your Dream.

Encore! Encore... From this state of feeling, being and living out our greatest dream of ourselves, we cannot but create the opportunities, events and resources to synchronistically appear in our lives as a mirror effect of living our dream. We have thus entered the kingdom of our Imagination and are in wide-eyed wonder at our startling summation: We are in awe at our stunning realisation: we create our physical reality experience to live out our dreams.

Live how you truly want to feel, and be your dream unconditionally, i.e. do not put your life on hold until it gets better - it will not... until you allow yourself to be' 'better' and live 'better'

And so dear friend, in response to your question (the quest-I-on, the quest to get back to yourself)... Allow yourself to evoke your greatest imagination and dream of yourself, by asking yourself this sacred question: "What is the art that is wanting to be born out of my heart?" And it may well be that the computers and the internet are a part of your expression or a tool to assist you into a deepening and a widening of that dream.

You are the important part of the equation. Put yourself in the spotlight, let your imagination go wild, let yourself soar freely on the currents of your inspiration and you will feel your answer. Do not censor your fantasy, be it, live it and you will stun yourself by the amazing synchronicity of your life that will be revealed to you by the unfolding of what you have already set in motion by your state of being and living.

When we really don't let the circumstances in our life dictate our dream and we live it anyway (being it and living it out in each and every moment, no matter what), then our future comes to greet us with a wide open smile, our destiny morphs to meet us in our God's Glory. No more straining to peer into the future (that's like chasing our own tail or putting the cart before the horse), instead, let's dance and Be the future we want to be right now.

And the funny thing is that when we are living and enjoying being our dream, we find ourselves falling into the actions that are most supportive of the dream that we are being, without spending time agonising over how we would create it! It is an automatic process, a joy, our natural surge when we allow ourselves to be our dream, now - unconditionally.

As you read these words you may find the energy rising inside you at idea of meditating on this idea and maybe even feel you can't sit still. Just see what happens when you don't resist the flow of that pure raw essence of yourself... Just go with the flow, anything might can happen, like your energy rushing up your spine into a glorious image of your Absolute Ecstatic divinity.

And so dear heart, our question as to our quest gives us an amazing clue back to our glorious Self, and is akin to following the footprints of soul......

Leading us into our holy dream.

Choosing Our World despite "The Powers That Be" and Fear for our Future

Hello dear One

I invite you to join me in the most empowering, invigorating, loving experience we have entered into to date: How to choose the world of our dreams, despite 'The Powers That Be'.

As I was preparing myself to share this truly powerful and loving experience with you I took a walk down on our golden beach. The light seemed to be even brighter than usual, even in this our November time.

And as I thrilled and pirouetted in absolute joy I heard my Soul say, "We are dreaming a new world into existence." And as if to echo my soul's rejoicing a beautiful rainbow appeared washing the sands and me in rainbow light. John saw it too from our home and took this photo of it! You can actually see the colours reflected on the wet sand!

Love Invocation: A song for You, Blossom and our Humanity

Hello Dear Hearts,

I am so ecstatic and joyous to share with you below a video song I have created, born from the myriad emotions I am feeling in our world that have been catalysed by Blossom Goodchild's mass UFO sighting prediction that didn't come to pass. I feel so much sadness, disappointment and anger in our world and -I feel love and joy too.

Out this cauldron of negativity (and positivity) I feel there's a wave of love going through our world carrying more and more people on the momentum of breaking their hearts open into more light. I feel so much love and compassion for our humanity's commitment to be all that we can be.

And so I am spurred to uplift the energy: I have created a love song for you, Blossom and our humanity...

A Love Invocation for our Humanity

The last few days of the whole October 14th UFO prediction event has become an unprecedented worldwide internet phenomenon. And the lack of appearance of any massive UFO for 3 days has provoked such extreme reactions and confusions in so many people that I've certainly not encountered before. I wanted to express my feelings about this:

As I connect with you right now, I feel such fragility, openness and purity within us all which has been catalysed over the last few days.

I want to enfold you in my arms and soothe the confusion.

I feel the rawness, openness and fragility of us - I feel your purity.

And as I feel these things, I feel bowed by an overwhelming love for our humanity and I feel struck by utter, utter compassion -- despite much anger 'out there'.

I find myself asking, "How can we best serve those who feel anger and disappointment?"

And I hear our soul whispering in the wind, "By allowing yourself to feel what our soul is guiding us into in this moment." I listen deeply, and for me it is the fragility, the purity, the openness of being and, most of all, the unconditional love compounded by waves of deep, deep compassion.

And so I breathe deeply and drink copiously of the streams of love and light that are betwixt us and between us.

And I find our soul returning and whispering on a wave of light, "As you allow yourself to feel our purity, our openness and our fragility, allow it to wash through you into deep, deep unconditional love and you will always find yourself automatically 'doing' and expressing what will best serve our humanity."

And I rejoice and feel without resistance the wave of our overwhelming emotions - breaking us, taking us, opening us into more and more love.

And on the next wave of ecstasy, I find myself crying with joy, "I love you utterly and profoundly."

I carry you in my heart always, as an emblem to our joy....

Preparing for Contact - October 14th

Hello dear One,

You may have heard a lot of chatter about the possible appearance of a mass UFO sighting over major cities around our world on October 14th.

I would love to take this opportunity to share with you what I feel in my heart about what is going on and you can then check within yourself and your own truth on the matter...

In summary, you will see what you truly want to see and feel it deeply conducive to your own personal growth and spiritual evolution right now.

Here is a message I channeled from The Founders (thought to be responsible for architecting our Galaxy!)

"There will be no one fixed event but a myriad of different reality experiences according to what each of you really want for yourselves and your world. This includes BOTH the possibilities (amongst many) of experiencing the version of you that believes that it is all a hoax and nothing happens, as well as the version of you that really DOES experience the effect of a mass UFO sighting. This, our loving guidance, is to help you into choosing the actual version of events that BEST suits you - and you alone.

"You are entering a portal to the next bandwidth of yourself where you will start to perceive for yourself that there is not one universe or scenario of events but literally an outpouring from your being of the version of your world that you wish to create and it will have your unique stamp on it!

"You are coming into your power and recognising that you are each your own saviour and that don't need someone else to come and save you! And we of the Galactic Federation certainly do not want to foster the idea that you need saving!

"For this reason, it could even be detrimental to your own self-empowerment and growth to have the overwhelming effects of a mass UFO sighting.

"Some of you have no need to experience this type of grand gesture and verification of the existence of other life forms and civilisations because you already know they exist, for some of you have been contacted personally and directly.

"Others have already made contact and had interactions with your space brothers and sisters in your dreams or deep meditative state when the barriers to perceiving and receiving information from other dimensional aspects of yourselves are down and you feel safe in this state.

"Many of you have even met your own counterparts or future selves in dreams and get the feeling of intense familiarity vibes of friends or family around you. And some of you have met up with your hybrid children too!

"To expand: the reason there has not been a mass sighting yet is because we would not want to impose such an overwhelming presence upon the whole of your world.

"As some of you may know, being in the presence of a high energy body will naturally cause you to resonate yourself with that frequency. And thus there would be an overwhelming effect energetically if one our 'City Of Light' star ships were to appear to you at such a close range, and so we have kept ourselves just outside your density of perception.

"And that is just seeing us in the sky! If you were to actually have physical face-to-face contact with us it would be like standing next to a furnace of light; the intensity of purity of beingness would reveal everything to you that you have held under wraps or concealed in your subconscious. It would provoke your shadow side (which you are integrating at your own pace) to come rising to the surface all at once in a rush and could cause you to go into psychotic breakdown. We would not want to impose that on you, just as you would not want that for yourself. We desire, as you desire, to be as equals to us before we make physical contact.

"So, it is not in our own interests, just as it is not in yours, to put such an imposition on you at this time. You are already preparing for such contact in a way that is empowering for each of you, so that you can meet us on equal terms...

"In addition, to be in such close proximity of a higher frequency modulation would for many of you generate a lot of fear, as you find yourself immersed in a higher frequency field of energy and that would cause a catalytic shock as all your primal fears lock on. You would feel you are losing your reality and control, and that could create nightmares in your being.

"And so this is why not everyone can or wants to 'see' a UFO at such close proximity and with the energetic implications of a 'City Of Light' coming so close into your density. To take it to a greater degree, not everyone would want to meet their extraterrestrial counterpart ... and so, you attract to you what you are wanting and ready to perceive at this time, for your OWN spiritual and human evolution.

"The safety valve is that we are here with you right now, but in a higher dimensional frequency bandwidth of experience. If you were to really see our craft the way they actually are, they would appear as a flash of light or ball of light.

"You created this safety valve inside you so that you would not perceive us until you are ready. And we know that many of you have already seen us in the skies as such because you have raised your frequency, your light to meet us half way.

"We have de-accelerated our frequency on occasion to make us more physical to your 3D reality density in order to make a point that we are here, as and when you have asked us individually and when it serves a group of people.

"We have decreased and de-accelerated our energy field to make a physical appearance to certain groups of individuals who were in agreement to such an occurrence.

"However, it is very uncomfortable for us to reduce our frequency too far towards your 3D density. More importantly, you have been wanting to raise your energy up to meet US. You wish to be and live as more of your true self including the beginning of integrating with your other-dimensional selves and experiences to enable you to ascend to being the most true, free, blazing spirit of yourself right here on your Earth, which is also ascending.

"As you shift and raise your frequency to meet us on equal terms you will know for sure that your Earth is intimately bonded to you and thus she shifts her frequency with you into the version of your world you have always wished to dream into being from the beginning.

"Many of you are preparing for contact; many of you have been in contact with us for years and in other timeframes of yourselves. And in your dreaming and meditative states we have been whispering to you, loving and supporting you to be and embrace all that you are in rhapsody and light.

"Just carry on being the true light of yourself, holding the joy, peace and love no matter the storms around you. For you are indeed ascending into being your true vibrant awesome radiant Selves, as you allow the shift into all that you are. By being in your light, joy, love, peace and the lightness of laughter your version of Earth will literally move with you.

"Because your Earth (as your extension) cannot but reflect the light that you already are. We and your higher aspects are taking an active part in your own evolution and Ascension as you allow yourself to be open to all aspects of yourselves and channel the influences of higher dimensional bandwidths of yourselves, integrating 4th, 5th and 6th dimensional frequencies, as well as, for example, the Sirian, Pleaidian and Arcturian aspects of yourselves that are coming to you now via 'Star gate Six' (NB. this is not a physical phenomenon but an energetic belt and portal in your own consciousness becoming accessible now that you are expanding at this time).

"And so you are saving and helping yourselves.

"And we are so very proud of you; you are on time!

"All dimensions are starting to blend.

"We love you -

"Exaltations Friends!"

So, you see, I believe we are at a zero hour that opens the gateway to being our beingness, to radiating our infinity of expression in love, light and freedom.

What will actually happen is that we will each create the version of Earth that we wish to create: what we create is what we project from the totality of our being reflecting how we live and feel about ourselves and the quality of our relationship to ourselves.

Our essential being, the purity of our beingness, will be reflected in the Earth we create. We are literally each our own universes and yet intricately bonded to each other as the One being that we are - and so not alone.

Thus we will create a version of our Earth that we wish to live in, with the appearance of all those other aspects of ourselves who appear to have made a similar choice.

At the same time, other versions of ourselves create various other alternate parallel reality tracks, according to what they are wanting to perceive and experience, albeit hidden from our immediate awareness. In this way, we get to experience and enjoy our reality that we have created without distraction. Each one of us will get the version of our Earth literally of our own thoughts, beliefs and aspirations.

So, I am suggesting to you that all outcomes are possible for you... and for me, independently. What a paradox!

And we can go kicking and screaming and fighting our change, or we can surrender to our natural inclination to be all that we are in love, light and ecstasy, and so allow ourselves to be who we really are and live that version of ourselves right now.

We are our own governments, we are our own military. We are each healing and integrating not only on a personal level but also as reflected on our own global level.

We are literally our own world among worlds.
